Jerel has over 26 years professional experience in agriculture, specializing in crop production, farm management, plant nutrition, forensic agronomy, and regenerative and organic farming methods, using a biology-first approach. His goal as an agronomist is to reduce chemical inputs, improve water infiltration, and increase profitability. Biologicals and bio stimulants have been an important part of the success of his programs. He also has a small family farm near Bakersfield, CA specializing in holistic, beyond organic, regenerative, and sustainably raised grass-finished beef, pork, eggs, and vegetables.
